Celigo is a leading solution provider for NetSuite—the leading provider of on-demand, integrated business management software for growing and midsize businesses. This role will be responsible for managing and guiding clients through a NetSuite implementation and subsequently, helping clients optimize their solution.
This position will participate in growing and developing the Professional Services department, helping the organization meets its objectives, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the business process analysis, solution design, and implementation—including setup, configuration and customization, training, and overall client management - of our NetSuite clients.
- In conjunction with other Celigo consultants, this individual will assess customer implementation needs, craft innovative solutions that span different subject matter domains, and implement these plans to the customer's satisfaction.
- Lead multiple engagements, interacting directly with senior level client personnel both in the implementation as well as project execution. Must be comfortable managing a significant number of clients concurrently with aggressive timelines.
- Lead and manage technical projects that coincide with a NetSuite implementation.
- Act as cross-functional reference and NetSuite expert on Celigo's technical projects.
- Be the voice of the customer internally by constantly providing feedback on how to improve our services.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or other related disciplines.
- At least 4 years experience with enterprise applications, including CRM and ERP, in consulting, enterprise software implementation, or business process consulting.
- Experience in change management and business process analysis.
- Ability to translate customer business requirements into business solutions, either as a software solution or a re-engineering initiative.
- Excellent client management skills and the ability to execute on an implementation plan.
- Previous consulting experience with any of the following applications: NetSuite, QuickBooks, Great Plains, SalesForce.com, MAS family of products, Lawson, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Epicor.
- Excellent understanding of business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Sales Force Management (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting, territory management and Quotas), Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment), Marketing Campaigns and Web presence (Net or e-Commerce, Shopping carts, Website layout), and Customer Support (Cases Management and Territory Management).
- Must be technically savvy, ideally with some knowledge of technical concepts such as integration, workflow automation, HTML, etc.
- Prior exposure to pre-sales activity is preferred.
- Formal project management experience is preferred.
- Ability to handle a variety of different projects simultaneously, and capable of managing multiple deadlines. Ability to take direction and work independently.
