Celigo's Available to Promise (ATP) SuiteBundle is an extension to NetSuite that provides visibility into inventory and supply chain, allows direct reservation of sales order against the supply chain, and automates the sales order commitment process.
Provide sales-side visibility into your supply chain
As Sales Orders are placed in NetSuite, availability dates are displayed for incoming batches of Inventory Items and Assembly Item components (as well as pre-built units) currently on order from suppliers. In the case of Assembly Items the system determines the number available to promise from on-hand stock (completed units as well as component item), open Work Orders and open Purchase Orders (completed units as well as component items). Work Order build time is also factored into displayed promise dates.
Reserve quantities of on-order goods for orders in advance of receipt
When quantities are entered against unreceived Purchase Orders and unbuilt Work Orders, the system automatically maintains reservations for those units and automatically commits them to Sales Orders as they are received or built.
Reserve full or partial quantities of on-hand and on-order goods for orders
When quantities are reserved against on-hand stock or unreceived Purchase Orders or unbuilt Work Orders, the system automatically commits full or partial quantities from stock, Purchase Orders, and Work Orders, allowing an organization to hold safety stock in reserve, while reserving stock partially from on-hand and on-order units.
Generate Work Orders in advance of receipt
As Assembly Member Items are reserved against Sales Orders, the system automatically generates Work Orders for components in transit, and set to commit finished assemblies to orders as they are marked built in NetSuite. The system allows for both partial and full commitment of member items to the quantity available on-hand and on-order. Multi-level Assemblies are also supported.
