Using the Celigo Fulfillment Connector, the fulfillment of orders can be outsourced to a third party with fully automated bi-directional integration. It integrates with any type of Warehouse Management System (WMS) used by the third-party fulfillment center, supporting any technical specifications or formats--such as flat files, XML files, or web services calls.
Push Sales Orders to 3PL: Orders pending fulfillment in NetSuite are imported into the fulfillment center.
Import Shipment Confirmations into NetSuite: As orders are fulfilled in the warehouse, the shipment confirmations are imported into NetSuite as item fulfillment transactions. Advanced features such as partial fulfillments and multiple packages are handled automatically.
Push Purchase Orders to 3PL: POs pending receipt in NetSuite are imported into the fulfillment center.
Import Receipts into NetSuite: As POs are fulfilled in the warehouse, the Item Receipt transactions are imported into NetSuite. Advanced features such as partial receipts are handled automatically.
Import Inventory Adjustments into NetSuite: Since the warehouse contains the master inventory, periodic inventory updates can be made, including cycle counting.
Push Return Authorizations into NetSuite: RMAs entered in NetSuite are imported into the fulfillment center.
The Connector is powered by the Celigo Integrator—a cloud based integration platform for integrating any other application with NetSuite. With more than one hundred customers and tens of thousands of transactions every day, the Celigo Integrator is a proven platform hosted on world class infrastructure.
Integration-as-a-Service
Powered by the Integrator, the Connector is offered as a managed subscription, which includes hosting, maintenance and support. It allows users to manage the integration without ever having to leave the NetSuite application. We commit to the following:
Monitor performance and uptime 24/7, including heartbeat monitoring of specific integration connections.
Ensure that the Connector is always compatible with the latest NetSuite updates. Rigorously test all new releases, and transparently release fixes when applicable.
Push enhancements frequently, keeping your integration efficient and always up to date with the latest functionality.

Data Mapping

The out-of-the-box installation of the Connector includes a comprehensive set of data field mappings. These field mapping can be updated through a user interface that is implemented directly within NetSuite. All record types supported through the SuiteTalk Web Services interface are fully supported, as is the ability to map custom records, custom fields, hierarchical data types, and more. This interface allows even business users to make changes to the integration without having to make changes to the code.
Monitoring

Monitor every aspect of this integration from the context of a single NetSuite dashboard—one page offering complete visibility including custom portlets, KPIs, meters, and graphs. Integration activity is logged directly inside NetSuite with the ability to specify summary or detailed logging. The summary logging occurs at the job level, capturing the details of the import/export. The detailed logging occurs at the record level, and includes the ability to click through from the summary.
No time to keep track of everything? Preconfigured alerts are provided through standard NetSuite alert functionality. With a few clicks, administrators can configure these alerts to suit the needs of their enterprise.
