Introducing Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Zendesk to NetSuite
In the wake of recent events, many businesses have come to realize they need to adopt or expand their omnichannel commerce strategy to prepare for anything yet to come. Providing customers easy return, support, and buying experiences across all channels is a critical part of any such strategy.
Over the years, Celigo has enabled the automation of business processes for thousands of customers, helping their businesses scale. Our Zendesk – NetSuite Integration App played a key role by improving the efficiency of customer support organizations.
Celigo has enabled the automation of business processes for thousands of customers, helping their businesses scale.
This was done by providing support reps full visibility into customer orders, RMAs (Returns Merchandise Authorizations), and financials in NetSuite from Zendesk, helping them handle more customer requests efficiently, leading to faster time to resolution and better customer experience.
Now we are taking this a step further, by announcing these new features for our Zendesk – NetSuite Integration App.
What’s new?
Quickly Initiate Returns within Zendesk
With our latest release, support reps can create and edit RMAs directly within Zendesk. Businesses leveraging Zendesk to connect with their customers can quickly initiate returns processing, reduce time to resolution, and automatically sync RMA information from Zendesk to their NetSuite back-office. This means they will be processing and refunding returns, and starting after-service requests or warranty claims without delays.
Avoid Customer Frustration by Accessing Sales Orders in Zendesk
When it comes to providing a high-quality customer experience, fast issue-resolution is key. Having customers repeat their order history and asking too many questions often ends up with a frustrated customer.
Our integration app sits inside of Zendesk UI, allowing customer reps to search and view sales orders from NetSuite without leaving the app. And now displaying more sales order records than before. This eliminates the need to login to NetSuite or reaching out to accounting teams to request customer data.
