Whether it’s your first time heading to SuiteWorld, or like us, your 13th, you already know that SuiteWorld is the must-attend event of the year for NetSuite users. It’s where you’ll find the latest insights, trends, and innovations in the NetSuite ecosystem. To get the most out of your time there without getting lost in the sea of swag, engaging booths, and everyone vying for your attention, we’ve put together this guide to ensure you’re well prepared.
Celigo has participated in SuiteWorld for 13 years, and this year we’re a titanium sponsor. At SuiteWorld, Celigo employees have showcased our latest innovations, provided live demos to attendees, and connected with our customers, partners, and strategic vendors–and had fun doing it. We’ve reflected on these experiences and compiled our list of nine tips to help you maximize your time at SuiteWorld in 2024.
1. Prioritize key sessions
SuiteWorld offers many speaking sessions. Take some time to review the agenda and determine which sessions align with your business goals.
Once you’ve customized your schedule based on your interests and requirements, make a list of your must-attend sessions and plan around them. This way, you can ensure you’re always in the right place at the right time.
Celigo is hosting an in-person breakout session you won’t want to miss. Join us at, “Automate, then analyze: Transform your ops and decision-making with NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW),” Tuesday, September 10 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. Learn how to streamline your organization’s operations and harness NSAW for a comprehensive customer 360 analysis.
Plus, check out our SuiteWorld On Air sessions to explore our new B2B manager for EDI and our five top integration recommendations for NetSuite users.
2. RSVP to the Celigo + Gatekeeper VIP event
Don’t miss your chance to relax, unwind, and connect with your peers at the Celigo + Gatekeeper VIP event. This evening reception is a perfect blend of business and fun, held at the Cheri Rooftop at Paris Las Vegas on Tuesday, September 10 from 7:30 pm to 11:00 pm.
Mingle with top professionals, enjoy live music, and soak up the Vegas vibe. It’s an excellent opportunity to make meaningful connections in a fun setting. RSVP to save your spot.
3. Explore the latest technology in the expo hall
The expo hall is a treasure trove of innovation. Take the time to explore different booths, meet vendors, and see live demos. This is where you’ll find new products and solutions that can transform your business. Most booths will have subject matter experts who can answer all your burning questions and dive deep into their products.
Make sure to stop by Celigo’s booth. We’ll be showcasing our latest innovations and offering hands-on demos to help you understand how our integration solutions can fit your needs. Bring your questions and get ready to learn.
4. Connect with your regional peers
While at SuiteWorld, make time to meet peers in your region. Most regional NetSuite user groups organize at least one get-together during SuiteWorld. These meet-ups are usually held at lunchtime and can be a great place to engage with other experts, exchange insights, and dive deeper into the knowledge you’ve gained.
Networking at these events is key. Don’t be shy about striking up conversations. You never know who you might meet, so make every interaction count.
5. Leverage your association memberships
If you’re part of an association such as PPAI, Nationwide, or AAAA, there may be special meetings held that you can attend. This can be another great way to connect with like-minded individuals.
Keep an eye out in any newsletters you receive, and connect with your association to stay informed about these special events.
6. Meet your NetSuite vendors (and look for unexpected perks!)
Be sure to engage with your NetSuite vendors at SuiteWorld. Stop by their booths to connect in-person and be the first to learn about new innovations.
Many NetSuite vendors have special plans for SuiteWorld, so be sure to ask if your vendors have anything planned. You may get free entertainment, dinner, or other unexpected perks out of it.
7. Utilize the mobile app
Download the SuiteWorld mobile app to manage your schedule on the go. The app provides real-time updates, session reminders, and a map of the venue. It’s your digital assistant throughout the event.
Use the app to stay informed about any changes to the schedule and to connect with other attendees. It’s a great tool to keep track of all the moving parts of SuiteWorld.
8. Stay hydrated and bring good walking shoes
SuiteWorld can be physically demanding. With so much to see and do, it’s easy to forget basic needs. Make sure to stay hydrated and eat well.
Vegas temperatures can be high, and you’ll be on your feet a lot. So, be sure to wear comfortable shoes and carry a refillable water bottle and some healthy snacks to keep your energy levels up. Taking care of yourself will ensure you can fully enjoy everything SuiteWorld has to offer.
9. Create a post-event follow-up plan
Once SuiteWorld wraps up, the work isn’t over. Follow up with new contacts, review your notes, and apply what you’ve learned. This is where the real impact of SuiteWorld will show in your business.
Send personalized messages to those you met, and connect on LinkedIn if you haven’t already. Implement the insights and strategies gained from the sessions and demos. This follow-up can turn new knowledge into tangible business improvements.
SuiteWorld is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your NetSuite knowledge, network with industry leaders, and discover innovative solutions. By planning ahead, prioritizing key sessions, and actively participating, you’ll make the most of this event.
