We’ve reflected on these experiences and compiled our list of nine tips to help you maximize your time at SuiteWorld in 2024.

1. Prioritize key sessions

SuiteWorld offers many speaking sessions. Take some time to review the agenda and determine which sessions align with your business goals.

Once you’ve customized your schedule based on your interests and requirements, make a list of your must-attend sessions and plan around them. This way, you can ensure you’re always in the right place at the right time.

Networking at these events is key. Don’t be shy about striking up conversations. You never know who you might meet, so make every interaction count.

5. Leverage your association memberships

If you’re part of an association such as PPAI, Nationwide, or AAAA, there may be special meetings held that you can attend. This can be another great way to connect with like-minded individuals. 

Keep an eye out in any newsletters you receive, and connect with your association to stay informed about these special events.

6. Meet your NetSuite vendors (and look for unexpected perks!)

Be sure to engage with your NetSuite vendors at SuiteWorld. Stop by their booths to connect in-person and be the first to learn about new innovations.

Many NetSuite vendors have special plans for SuiteWorld, so be sure to ask if your vendors have anything planned. You may get free entertainment, dinner, or other unexpected perks out of it.  

7. Utilize the mobile app

Download the SuiteWorld mobile app to manage your schedule on the go. The app provides real-time updates, session reminders, and a map of the venue. It’s your digital assistant throughout the event.

Use the app to stay informed about any changes to the schedule and to connect with other attendees. It’s a great tool to keep track of all the moving parts of SuiteWorld.

8. Stay hydrated and bring good walking shoes

SuiteWorld can be physically demanding. With so much to see and do, it’s easy to forget basic needs. Make sure to stay hydrated and eat well. 

Vegas temperatures can be high, and you’ll be on your feet a lot. So, be sure to wear comfortable shoes and carry a refillable water bottle and some healthy snacks to keep your energy levels up. Taking care of yourself will ensure you can fully enjoy everything SuiteWorld has to offer.

9. Create a post-event follow-up plan

Once SuiteWorld wraps up, the work isn’t over. Follow up with new contacts, review your notes, and apply what you’ve learned. This is where the real impact of SuiteWorld will show in your business.

Send personalized messages to those you met, and connect on LinkedIn if you haven’t already. Implement the insights and strategies gained from the sessions and demos. This follow-up can turn new knowledge into tangible business improvements.
