Celigo at SuiteWorld

Attendees had several opportunities to engage with Celigo at SuiteWorld, from insightful speaking sessions to our exclusive VIP Event. Explore these highlights from throughout the week.

Setting the stage

On the first day of SuiteWorld, Celigo Founder and CEO Jan Arendtsz joined NetSuite Founder and EVP Evan Goldberg on stage for the “Executive Keynote: All Systems Grow.” The two discussed the power of leveraging Celigo to integrate NetSuite, enabling the automation of business processes end-to-end.

Jan emphasized that Celigo has evolved from being a company that only connects certain systems, like NetSuite to Salesforce or Shopify, to a full-fledged automation platform. One of the ways we’re elevating the capabilities of our platform is with B2B Manager, our new product designed to transform the way organizations manage EDI and B2B integrations. B2B Manager offers businesses unprecedented efficiency, visibility, and control. This, along with our current AI capabilities, makes Celigo an ideal solution for businesses looking to integrate and automate enterprise-wide.

In the keynote, Jan explained how Celigo extends the power of NetSuite, and also announced several capabilities coming soon to Celigo, including a data ingestion product that will make it easier for business users to pull data into a data warehouse.

Showcasing new innovations

SuiteWorld offered a variety of speaking sessions to highlight new insights and techniques in the industry. Celigo hosted several of these sessions, including an in-person breakout session, “Automate, then analyze: Transform your ops and decision-making with NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW).”

In our breakout session, the team provided a comprehensive look at streamlining operations and harnessing NSAW for a complete customer 360 analysis. Our integration experts demonstrated how to pull multiple data sources into NSAW to better understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to focus next. The team also gave practical examples and showcased how to integrate data sources like NetSuite, Shopify, Salesforce, and more.

In addition to the in-person session, Celigo hosted two 20-minute sessions on SuiteWorld On Air. The first, “Faster time-to-trade: Introducing Celigo’s new B2B Manager for EDI,” further explored ways businesses can leverage B2B Manager to reduce implementation times, lower total cost of ownership, and meet compliance requirements. The second session, “Mastering the essentials: Top 5 integrations for NetSuite users,” explored key integrations that can optimize the functionality and efficiency of NetSuite.

5 key takeaways

After an inspiring week at SuiteWorld, our team had a lot to reflect on. Discussions at our booth and during our speaking sessions covered a wide range of topics that got us thinking about ways Celigo can better help our customers reach their goals.

As we processed these insights, we couldn’t help but notice common themes emerging regarding integration and automation. Here’s a look at what your peers were talking about at SuiteWorld:

  1. NetSuite implementation: Implementing NetSuite integrations can be difficult, so many attendees were eager to learn how Celigo simplifies the integration process. These organizations were looking for user-friendly tools that can save them time and money.
  2. Ecommerce integration: To stay competitive in the ecommerce space, businesses must deliver seamless customer experiences. This requires connecting more than just a few ecommerce endpoints. As omnichannel selling strategies gain traction, companies are increasingly seeking to integrate all their ecommerce platforms and channels.
  3. EDI management: Managing EDI is a common challenge for B2B businesses. These organizations are looking for a way to smoothly onboard new trading partners, manage day-to-day trading activities, and ensure timely and accurate data change.
  4. Integrating beyond NetSuite: While connecting NetSuite with other key systems is certainly a focus, businesses don’t want to stop there. Many attendees were looking for ways to continue integrating their tech stack enterprise-wide.
  5. AI capabilities: AI continues to be a hot topic, and attendees were curious to learn about Celigo’s AI capabilities. Celigo’s AI error management was particularly exciting to attendees, as error handling is a key challenge many businesses face.
