As a Performance Marketing Analyst, your main responsibility will be to analyze performance metrics and uncover valuable insights that will help us improve our growth strategy. You will work closely with the marketing and sales team to identify trends, develop reports and dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.

Your day-to-day tasks include:

  • Conducting deep dive analysis on marketing campaigns to track performance and provide insights across multiple platforms
  • Utilizing a variety of tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot, Salesforce) to measure and report on key metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and customer acquisition costs
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create A/B test strategies for landing pages, emails, and ad copy to improve campaign performance
  • Auditing existing processes and recommending changes to improve data quality and reduce customer friction
  • Monitoring trends and best practices in digital marketing analytics to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Building and maintaining program segments and campaign lists in multiple systems of record
  • Presenting findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to key stakeholders
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales) to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions

We are looking for someone who has a strong analytical mindset and is passionate about using data to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing analytics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role
  • Proven experience with sales, marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Thoughtspot)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and advertising platforms
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $85,000 per year and $105,000 per year for this position.  Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
