About EHPlabs

EHPlabs is more than a brand; it’s a powerhouse in sports supplements and nutrition, fueling athletes and fitness enthusiasts from Australia and the UK to North America and Canada. Best known for products that bring results, EHPlabs reaches consumers through wholesale, direct sales, and a dynamic ecommerce presence. With innovation in its DNA, EHPlabs stands as a global leader, setting the standard in performance and wellness.

The challenge

For a company on a rapid growth trajectory, EHPlabs faced a monumental operational challenge: their systems simply couldn’t keep up with the pace.

EHPlabs found themselves juggling more than 30 distinct endpoints, from Xero for finances to regional Shopify storefronts and multiple third-party logistics (3PL) providers. Each sales channel and logistics provider operated in silos, creating a fragmented network across different regions that required constant manual intervention.

As EHPlabs expanded, the cracks began to show. Scaling further meant either doubling the workforce or finding a streamlined, tech-powered solution that could bring everything together under one operational umbrella.

“It was just getting far too difficult. We’d hit that critical point where we either had to throw a lot of bodies at the problem, or we needed to spend the money to implement the technology to alleviate the problem,” said Brendan Ridge, Head of Innovation and Technology at EHP Holdings.

EHPlabs went to market, weighing the pros and cons of ERP solutions before selecting NetSuite for its capabilities. But ERP alone wouldn’t unify all the moving pieces — they needed an integration platform powerful enough to bring their systems into harmony.

The solution

Enter Celigo, the leading Integration Platform as Service (iPaaS), backed by integration experts at NuageSync. With Celigo acting as the orchestrator, all systems – from Shopify and Amazon storefronts to TikTok sales channels and multiple 3PLs – could feed directly into NetSuite. Celigo’s intuitive interface put the power back into EHPlabs’ hands, enabling team members to self-manage integrations, reduce dependency on developers, and save on operational costs.

“Essentially, Celigo formed a layer around NetSuite, allowing everything to flow in and out smoothly. We had 42 different endpoints at launch — far more than the recommended five — but the Celigo tech held strong,” said Ridge.

“It’s very user-friendly. We can have ‘semi-techie’ people diagnosing and fixing errors before they get out of control.”

Supporting this ambitious integration was NuageSync, a trusted partner introduced by Celigo. NuageSync stepped in to handle the complex customisations necessary for EHPlabs’ unique 3PL needs.

“Leading up to go-live, we essentially had everyone involved in the project sitting in a room until one o’clock in the morning to get things fixed up and sorted, troubleshooting and resolving issues in real-time,” Ridge recalled.

“Celigo and the NuageSync team were right there with us — no complaints, no hesitation. That commitment made all the difference in a smooth launch.”

The bottom line

With the support of Celigo’s integration and NuageSync’s hands-on customisation, EHPlabs has transformed its operations. Data, once scattered across multiple platforms, now flows into NetSuite, giving EHPlabs a single source of truth for inventory, sales, and finance. This visibility has allowed the company to evolve its team structure, shifting from generalist roles to specialised functions.

“Now, instead of being a general logistics person, team members can become specialised inventory managers or AP accountants,” Ridge explained, reflecting on the operational clarity that’s come with the new system.

Sam N, Digital Project Manager at EHP Holdings, said the centralised data has also shifted EHPlabs from reactive management to proactive, strategic growth.

“Before, we were chasing our tails just to keep up with order volumes. Now, we can actually track inventory usage, demand, and all these things with a click of a report,” he said, adding that they can now make decisions based on real-time insights rather than spending hours pulling data from numerous sources.

As EHPlabs approaches its next phase of growth, they are already exploring enhancements to the platform, aiming to take full advantage of the robust tech foundation that Celigo and NuageSync have helped them build, while focusing on what they do best: fueling the performance of their global community.

“The experience was like pulling a bowstring back before the arrow launches forward. We had to take a few steps back to reorganise, but now we’re set up to scale confidently and sustainably,” said Ridge.
